This is our initial inquiry form, designed to help us learn a little about your swimmer and how we can best support your family. Once we've had the opportunity to connect and determine that Cove & Currents is the right fit, we'll send you a more comprehensive intake packet to gather additional information about your swimmer's goals, learning style, medical considerations, and any support needs. This two-step process keeps your first inquiry simple while ensuring we have everything we need to provide a safe, personalized, and successful experience.
